武汉科技大学硕士学位论文第I页摘要正确评价我国矿业上市公司的经营业绩对于我国矿业的发展有重大的意义。作为一种崭新的公司治理和经营业绩的评价方式,经济增加值(Economic Value Added,以下简称EVA)的应用得到了国内外众多学者广泛的研究,但目前尚无研究其在我国矿业上市公司业绩评价中应用的文献。本文采用规范研究、比较研究和案例分析相结合的方法对EVA在我国矿业上市公司经营业绩评价中的应用进行了初步的探讨,阐述了如何调整计算EVA要素的问题,分析了EVA在我国矿业上市公司应用的必要性及有效性,并引入EVA对我国矿业上市公司经营业绩进行排名。通过理论与实证相结合的方法将EVA指标与传统的会计利润业绩评价指标进行分析对比,得出EVA业绩评价体系更能准确、真实反映我国矿业上市公司经营业绩的结论。本文研究内容主要包括以下部分: 第一章主要介绍研究背景及意义、EVA国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法。第二章是相关理论介绍。主要介绍业绩评价相关概念及历史演变;阐述EVA的相关理论及体系构架。第三章主要阐述我国矿业上市公司EVA计算指标体系的构建。包括EVA在矿业上市公司应用的必要性以及EVA在矿业上市公司应用时应注意的问题;然后谈到紫金矿业2008年EVA计算示例,包含紫金矿业概况,紫金矿业2008年EVA指标计算,我国矿业上市公司2007-2009年EVA指标汇总等内容。第四章主要介绍怎样运用EVA指标对我国矿业上市公司经营业绩进行实证研究。首先介绍了我国矿业上市公司业绩评价概况,随后采用统计实证等方法将EVA指标与传统业绩评价指标进行对比,分析EVA在矿业上市公司应用的有效性。第五章是结论与研究展望部分。在前述部分研究基础上得出EVA在我国矿业上市公司业绩评价的相关建议及改善业绩措施,分析了矿业上市公司应从哪些方面提高自身EVA值,为股东创造更多价值,并利于投资者决策。关键词:EVA 业绩评价矿业上市公司
