摘要
炼焦生产,基本原料是炼焦煤。将炼焦煤在密闭的焦炉内隔绝空气高温加热放出水分和吸附气体,随后分解产生煤气和焦油等,。
将各种经过洗选的炼焦煤按一定比例配合后,在炼焦炉内进行高温干馏,可以得到焦炭和荒煤气。将荒煤气进行加工处理,可以得到多种化工产品和焦炉煤气。
为保证焦炭质量,选择炼焦用煤的最基本要求是挥发分、粘结性和结焦性;绝大部分炼焦用煤必须经过洗选,以保证尽可能低的灰分、硫分和磷含量。选择炼焦作煤时,还必须注意煤在炼焦过程中的膨胀压力。用低挥发分煤炼焦,由于其胶质体粘度大,容易产生实高膨胀压力,会对焦炉砌体造成损害,需要通过配煤炼焦来解决。
产品和用途:煤经焦化后的产品有焦炭、煤焦油煤气和化学产品3类。

ABSTRACT
Coke production, the basic raw material is coking coal. The coking coal in a sealed oven heated to high temperatures in isolation from the air moisture and adsorbed gases released, followed by position of gas and tar, and the rest as the main body of the coke carbon. This coal pyrolysis process monly called dry distillation of coal.
After washing all kinds of coking coal with a certain proportion after the high temperature pyrolysis furnace coke, coke and raw gas can be obtained. The raw gas to the processing, can be a variety of chemical products and coke oven gas.
To ensure the quality of coke, coking coal choose the most basic requirement is volatile, bond and coking property; most of the coking coal washing must be to ensure the lowest possible ash, sulfur and phosphorus content. Select for coal coking, it is also important to note in the coking coal in the process of expansion pressure. Coking coal with low volatile, due to its gelatinous body viscosity, easy to produce real high inflation pressures, would cause damage to masonry oven, coking coal blending need to resolve.
Products and uses: The coking coal products after the coke, coal tar gas and chemical products in Class 3.
