东亚区域货币合作研究

内容摘要

伴随着区域经济的一体化和世界经济的全球化,货币合作问题日益凸显。欧盟的实
践与欧元的成功推出,就是一个很好的证明。而随着东亚经济的日益发展与经济合作的
不断深入,学术界也提出了加强本地区货币合作的想法和建议。这无疑具有积极且深远
的意义。
本文开端首先回顾了东亚区域合作的背景和发展现状,阐明了东亚货币合作始于东
亚区域经济合作,东亚货币合作是东亚区域经济合作深入发展的必然要求。
进而在回顾货币合作的理论基础——最优货币区域理论,以及欧盟的成功范例的基
础上,深入分析了目前东亚进行货币合作的可行性。认为东亚各国从对外经济的开放度
和外汇储备角度来看,各国的相互依存度关系紧密,进出口产品和资源互补性强,大大
增强了东亚各地区的贸易及投资活动。然而,通过比较分析,仍然应看到东亚货币合作
还存在一些制约因素,比如:东亚各和经济结构存在
差异;金融市场一体化程度较低;东亚货币合作缺乏轴心国等。这些决定了东亚货币合
作不能在短期内完成,必须先易后难,循序渐进,分层次,分阶段,分区域,逐步推进。
接下来,本文从各国加入货币区所要付出的成本及它所带来的可能收益方面入手,
进行了成本收益综合分析。并在此基础上,文章运用博弈论,建立博弈模型,对东亚货
币合作的成本和收益进行深入的博弈分析。
论文最后,对东亚货币合作的路径进行了深入探究。认为:东亚货币合作可分为四
个阶段:在东亚货币合作初步进展的基础上推进汇率制度改革与资金合作;建立钉住共
同货币篮子制度;逐步建立次区域固定汇率制度,推进次区域范围内的货币一体化,并
建立整个东亚范围内的共同货币;在东亚各国经济指标相互趋同的条件下,逐步实现统
一货币。最后提出了中国的参与东亚货币合作的对策。

Abstract

With the liberalization both in the regional and world economy,ary cooperation has
ing more and more important. Europe Union’s practice and the ess of the Europe
Money is a powerful proof. However,with the development of East Asia,and future deep
development on the economic cooperation,Asia and Academic Circles suggested that it is
very urgent to strengthen the ary cooperation in East Asia. Undoubtedly,it is the
milestone on the development of East Asia.
At first,this thesis look back the cooperation of Asia region explanation. The ary
cooperation of East Asia results from economic cooperation of East Asia. It is a necessary
consequence for economic cooperation of Asia.
And then the thesis looks back on the theory base of the money cooperation-the Theory
of Optimum Currency Areas, and the ess of the Europe Union. On the base of that, the
thesis puts a deep analysis on the feasibility of East Asia ary cooperation. The countries
