房地产多项目管理的组织架构研究

摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,房地产行业目前已经成为拉动我国
经济增长及繁荣的支柱产业之一。房地产企业不断加强区域间多项目扩张,从而
对传统的单一项目管理模式提出了新的挑战。本文正是基于此,针对目前房地产
企业多项目管理过程中存在的问题进行详细剖析,试图从组织架构角度提出房地
产多项目管理的切入点,从而对提高房地产多项目管理的有效性具有较强的理论
及现实意义。
本文在系统梳理多项目管理相关理论及研究现状的基础上,结合具体实际,
提出房地产多项目管理的发展现状、存在的主要问题及原因。然后以房地产多项
目管理的组织架构为切入点和关键,集中解决房地产多项目管理过程中项目经理
与职能经理、项目之间的资源冲突、实时性和有效性下降等问题。最后以 A 公司
多项目管理过程的案例为基础,进行房地产多项目管理组织架构的分析与探讨,
并从四个角度提出了相关的改进措施。

Abstract
With the strengthening of macro-control policies, China’s real estate industry has
formed a number of large-scale real estate market of the Group of chase the deer,

actual situation, summed up the real estate business at many project management
process which will appear frequently asked questions, by the way the questionnaire to
learn about the problem that may occur in all probability, And through the principal
component analysis, analysis
