摘要
立方创业训练有限责任公司是一家由大学生创业者开办的,以校企合作共赢模式开展针对高校在校生的创业培训和创业综合咨询的新型培训服务公司。
公司以“创业理论和创业能力训练”为主线,以“人文与管理能力素养培训”为基础,以“创业模拟体验和实践”为主要手段进行创业人才的培养。经过多方努力,公司已与广东省教育厅及其下属的设于广东商学院校内的“广东省大学生就业创业培训基地”达成合作意向。在此条件下,立方创业坚持走“精英教育”的道路,充分发挥高校教育资源优势,依托各路专家为创业培训所量身定制的教材、教案、教辅、实验方案、实践基地,形成一套以四个阶段为一体的创业培训体系,提供给高校各类创业志愿者一个提高自身创业能力的绝佳训练平台。
公司着力为具有创业意向且迫切想要进行创业实践的高校学子提供优质的系统的创业培训。并拟通过创业校友会与基金会的形式,逐步形成高校创业圈子,增加高校的创业氛围,最终形成“先富带动后富”的良性生态循环局面。
本策划书主要包括创业项目分析、业务介绍、公司战略、市场营销与消费者分析、公司治理、投资与财务分析、公司章程等内容。此项目拟于2010年3月在广东商学院广东省大学生就业创业实训基地进行试运行,并拟于2013年3月在广州大学城投入试运行。本策划书在市场调查,校方指导意见,省教育发展规划的多方基础上,对公司整体规划进行了进一步完善,并将以此作为公司发展的主要路线图。

Abstract
Eon Entrepreneur Education pany is an innovative enterprise which provides a package service of entrepreneur education; training simulation prehensive consultation to college students who dedicated themselves to starting their own business in the future. pany is established by a team of college entrepreneurs from in the pattern of pany-win-win model as a brand new type of educational pany.
With its unique artificial entrepreneurial simulation system, the pany gives its priority to courses of theory and capability, which mainly focus on the plishment of social knowledge and management skills. The pany has already agreed with the Guangdong Education Department and its branch “College Employment & Enterprise Training Center of Guangdong Province” on the will of cooperation in ing year. With this achievement, the Eon training base will keep its path on the track of “elite education”, making a full use of the college resources as gathering experts in different fields to design a whole series of textbooks; teaching plans; student books; experimental projects and particularly, a practice base for pany. Students can get an excellent training for self-promotion in enterprising as he took the very 4-phase-training in Eon.
