依托生态农业建设加速农业面源污染治理的探讨∗

摘要:针对农业面源污染日趋严重的形势,分析现状,从浏阳生态农业建设的实践经验出发,提出一个依托生态
农业工程建设,以发展生态农业产业化为动力,生态农业技术模式为支撑,实现加速农业面源污染治理的途径。

Abstract: In view of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution serious situation, the analysis present situation, embarks day by
day from the Liuyang ecological agriculture construction experience, proposed a backing ecological agriculture engineering
construction, take develops the ecological agriculture industry to change into the power, the ecological agriculture technology
pattern as the strut, the realization acceleration agriculture nonpoint source pollution government way.

随着社会的发展,环境污染问题日益突出,工业污染逐步受到重视,加速了治理的步伐,得到有效的控
制,而面源污染范围广,途径多,管理对象复杂,治理难度大,已成为全世界普遍关注的问题。单纯谈农业
面源污染治理既没有经济基础,也难调动社会的积极性。我市以全国生态农业示范县建设为契机,通过七大
工程建设,六种生态农业模式的推广,发展生态农业产业化,开发无公害农产品、绿色食品、有机食品,建
立循环农业经济系统,有效地促进农村经济发展,产生了良好的经济、社会、生态效益,探索了一条依靠生
态农业建设,促进农业面源污染的综合治理的途径。
1 农业面源污染的现状
目前,由于化学农药、化肥的不合理使用,畜禽粪便污水的无害化处理滞后,造成对土壤、地下水的污
染、水体的营养化、水质恶化、土壤质量退化和农产品质量安全隐患,对人民身体健康构成严重的威胁。中
