摘要摘要金融危机的爆发,越发的启示人们一定要通过扩大内需来拉动经济的增长。旅游业作为综合效益很好的产业,通过刺激消费、增加就业等方式,不仅能有效的带动经济的增长,而且能促进整个社会向前发展。但从目前的发展现状来看,旅游业无论在国际市场还是国内市场,其竞争的激烈程度越发的显著。于是旅游业要在激烈的竞争中蓬勃发展,为区域的发展做出巨大的贡献,就要促进旅游业向更高的层次发展,使旅游业的作用发挥得淋漓尽致。本文通过分析国内外旅游发展现状和发展模式后发现,我较发达国家还有一定的差距,目前旅游产业还不能作为我国国民经济的支柱产业。于是本文提出了旅游产业发展的分析框架,详细阐述了旅游产业发展的重要影响因素和旅游产业发展的最终目标即经济效应、社会效应和环境效应,为旅游产业的发展指明了方向。影响旅游产业发展的因素包括区位环境、政府作用、旅游资源与产品、2>人力资源等。旅游产业发展的最终目标体现在经济效应、社会效应和环境效应三个方面。本文最后得出的结论是:只有各种影响因素都得到很好的发展,才能满足现代旅游产业发展的条件,从而旅游产业发展的最终目标才能够实现。在此基础上,本文将此分析框架应用于承德市旅游业,详细分析了影响承德市旅游产业发展的内外部因素。此外还从经济效应、社会效应和环境效应的角度来衡量承德市旅游产业的发展现状。在分析的过程中有针对性的找出阻碍承德市旅游产业发展的各种问题,并针对问题提出了相关建议。关键词旅游产业经济效应环境效应 I
Abstract Abstract The financial crisis has taught us that domestic demands should be a main power of economy. At the same time, tourist industry prehensive benefits not only boosts economy but also push the advancement of society through stimulating consumption and creating jobs. Nowadays tourist industry faces more petition home and abroad, so for contributing to regional development and its own prosperity, tourist industry must develop deeply and the role of the tourism will be executed superbly Through analyzing the present situation and developing model of tourist industry, I find that the level of our country tourism is lower than the level of developed country tourism and the tourist industry is not the important industry of our country. So this paper is to creatively present a frame bine influential factors and final targets of tourist industry factors include regional environment, government roles, tourism resource and products and human resource and so on. Final targets of tourist industry development reflect economic, social and environmental effects.
