王党会,陕西武功人,出生于 1976年5月。1999
年 7 月毕业于宝鸡文理学院、获化学教育学士学位。
2007 年 3 月毕业于西安电子科技大学、获材料科学与
工程硕士学位。2013 年 6 月于西安电子科技大学获工
学博士学位,导师:郝跃教授。
主要研究方向:Ⅲ族氮化物半导体外延层薄膜的生
长与表征研究等。
代表性成果及经历:已在《Chinese Physics B》(SCI: WOS: 0003**********)、
《Science China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy》(SCI: WOS: 0003**********)、
《Journal of Korean Physics Society》(SCI: WOS:000308328900021)、《Journal of
Optoelectronics and Advanced materials-munications 》( SCI:
WOS:000308717800020 )、《 Journal of Alloys pounds 》( SCI: WOS:
0003**********)等权威刊物发表学术论文 5 余篇,申请受理发明专利 1 项,已
参与完成国家自然科学基金等重大科研项目四项。
Wang Danghui was born in Wugong shaanxi Province in May 1976. He received
his . degree from college of science & arts in Baoji in 1999. His . degree in
materials science and engineering from Xidian University in 2007, and the . degree
in microelectronic & solid state electronics from Xidian University in 2013, under the
direction of Professor Hao Yue.
His research interesting includes the growth and characrterization of Ⅲ-Nitride
semiconductor materials.
