文档介绍:辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸 I 化工气力输送系统压降模型的优化设计摘要气力输送又称气流输送,或者称为气动输送。是在一定条件下,利用空气作为承载介质来输送颗粒或粉状物料的环保高效技术。它具有低成本、污染小、安全可靠等优点。使其在化工、发电、制药、食品、机械制造、饲料、建筑、冶金等领域里得到了广泛的应用,现已成为决定国民经济是否快速稳定发展的关键技术之一。本文的研究目的和方法:本文主要研究在水平 T型分支管道中对气固两相流输送系统阻力特性的影响因素。通过对这些影响因素进行分析,对管道输送过程的优化设计,达到减小阻力损失和节能的目的。研究方法是在水平 T型分支管道中进行气固两相流的气力输送实验。通过改变管网的扬升高度、发送压力、输送气体流量和两分支管路的阀门开度变化对各分支管路阻力特性的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:阀门开度对各分支管路阻力特性的有影响,但是不明显。管网扬升高度变化后,发送压力对各分支管路的阻力特性影响较大。随着发送压力的增大,分支管路的单位长度压差变大。两分支管路的分配特性随着扬升高度增加及发送压力的增大变化较为复杂。关键词: 气力输送,气固两相流, 分支管,发送压力, 扬升高度辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸 II T he optimal design of pressure drop model ofc hemical pneumatic conveying system ABSTRACT Pneumatic conveying , also known as air transport, or as Pneumatic transportation . In certain conditions, a powder material environmental efficient technology use s the air asa carrier medium for the transmission of streaming particles . It has a low-cost, low pollution, safety and reliability . and has widely used in the chemical, power generation, pharmaceutical, food, machinery manufacturing, feed, construction, metallurgy and other fields , and has e the key technologies tod ecide Whether the rapid and stable development of the national economy . The r esearch p urpose s and m ethods oft his paper: The main research of the paper is the influencing factors ofr esistance characteristics of gas-solid flow conveying system in the horizontal T-branch pipe . Through the analysis of the se influencing factors, we can reduce the resistance loss and save energy on the pipeline process optimization design . The r esearch m ethods oft his paper show that the experiments of pneumatic conveying conducted in the horizontal T-branch pipe. By changing the a scension height ofp work, sending pressure, conveying gas flow ,t wo branches of the pipeline valve opening , the influencing factors ofr esistance characteristics would be analyzed and studied.
