[ Key words ] people oriented;nursing culture;nursing qualit y 如何建立以人为本的护理文化?如何将以人为本的思想深入到每一名护理人员的心中? 如何建立起护理文化体系?如何让病人感受到以人为本的温馨护理?这些问题是每一名护士每日都在思考和面对的。医院于 2005 年3 月由护理部倡导实行“五心”优质护理服务活动, 即接待热心、护理精心、征求意见虚心、诊疗细心、解释耐心。这一活动的开展, 为建立以人为本的护理文化做出了答卷。同时也开创了我们医院护理活动的特色。 1 认识以人为本的护理文化的实质开展以人为本的护理,营造温馨护理文化是提升护理服务质量的关键问题, 在医疗市场竞争加剧的今天, 医院文化已成为现代医院管理的新趋势、新发展。为此, 我院由分管护理的院长为全院护士进行了关于“护理文化建设”的专题知识讲座,从护理
