文档介绍：摘要 I 论文题目河南省产学研合作的研究专业企业管理研究生张莹莹指导教师席升阳教授摘要我省目前信息交流在一定程度上不如沿海城市广泛渠道较为零散合作市场中介体系还没有完善建立再加上高校的自身实力和企业创新能力的局限使很多产学研合作项目前大都处于初级阶段加之我省高校企业政府这三种产学研主体之间存在着体制人员成果经费等多种不同程度的隔离使我省未形成整体推进产学研合作的发展理念和操作模式针对此情况本文第一部分运用案例分析的方法先从高校企业政府三大主体分析各自存在的问题再从创新模式发展思路政策选择方面提出解决问题的方法与措施在高校方面通过建立新型合作模式解决高校目前存在的合作方式落后问题在企业方面通过创新发展思路走出我省企业产学研合作的困境在政府方面提出了切实可行的政策选择以充分发挥政府的中介职能作用本文第二部分通过以上个体研究后利用三重关系模型探析出我省整体推进产学研合作的基本思想即利用三重关系模型, 对前文所举案例进行梳理,建立起我省高校企业政府合作的关系模型将合作的不稳定性降到最低从而针对性的实现三者在同一平面上螺旋上升达到整体推进发展的目的本文利用由个体到整体的研究思路案例与实际相结合的研究方法将我省产学研合作中的三方主体形成一股优势互补的发展合力从而对解决我省产学研组织体过于松散企业高校政府未形成合作整合体的问题有一定的理论指导意义这种通过现实案例建立模型其结果更贴近实际有助于我省产学研合作协调一致的发展关键词河南省产学研合作个案研究三重螺旋模式整体推进论文类型应用研究河南科技大学硕士学位论文 II Subject: Study of Cooperation of Industry , University and Institute in Henan Specialty: Enterprise Management Name: Zhang Yingying Supervisor: Professor Xi Shengyang ABSTRACT Because of the out-of-the-way information and in short of the cooperating build, another the real strength of the university and the economic condition of the business enterprise ,the cooperation of industry university and institute in Henan has developed in a entry-level form.
