航空制造业产业集群形成要素和机理研究--以江苏省为例

摘要
产业集群是当今世界范围内普遍存在的一种重要的经济现象和区域经济发展模式。由于航
空制造业具有明显的产业特性、地域特性与网络特性,通过集群化发展可以为航空制造业的快
速发展提供动力,进而带动集群所在区域经济的发展和产业竞争力的提升。
本文对航空制造业集群的概念进行了界定,分析了航空制造业产业集群的主要特征;对国
际先进航空制造业产业集群的现状进行了分析和经验总结;对国内航空制造业产业集群的形成
和发展现状进行了分类归纳,并指出其在形成过程中存在的问题。
本文在借鉴传统产业集群理论的基础上,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面对航空制造业产业
集群的形成要素进行了分析;由于航空制造业产业集群的形成机理具有其特殊性,航空制造业
产业集群得以形成并持续发展的动因来自形成要素之间的相互联系、共同作用,本文从要素供
给机制、资源集聚机制、市场机制、竞争机制、政策引导机制和集群组织机制等方面对航空制
造业产业集群的形成机理进行阐述,并归纳了内生和外生两条形成路径,这两条路径均通过构
成正反馈回路来促进航空制造业产业集群的形成。
本文重点对江苏省的航空制造业进行实证研究,分析现状、机遇和形成航空制造业产业集
群的可行性。本文运用市场集中度、HHI 指数和 N 指数测算了,结
果显示较高且呈现升高的趋势。选取陕西、辽宁、天津和
江苏这四个具有代表性的区域,从航空制造业产业集群基本发展情况、承载条件和外围支撑条
件三方面进行了比较评价研究,结论显示江苏虽然有良好的航天制造业产业基础,但产业集群
的形成和发展较为缓慢,未来潜力有待进一步挖掘。最后从产业集群的生成机理角度提出了江
苏省形成航空制造业产业集群的对策建议。

Abstract
Industrial cluster, which is an important economic phenomenon and regional economic
development mode, universally exited all over the world. Since the Aviation industry has remarkable
industrial, regional and web features, the cluster development can motivate the rapid development of
aviation manufacturing industry and thus promote the regional development and the industrial
competitiveness.
This thesis defines the concept of aviation manufacturing industry cluster and analyzes the main
features of aviation manufacturing industry cluster; it analyzes and summarizes the current situation
of international aviation manufacturing industry cluster; it also classifies and sums up the formation
and development of domestic aviation manufacturing industry cluster and proposes some problems
existed in the formation process.
Based on the traditional industrial cluster theories, this thesis analyzes the formation elements of
aviation manufacturing industry cluster from the macroscopic, the middle, microcosmic aspect
