摘要
近年来,人民币汇率一直面临升值压力。一般来讲,人民币升值的压力主要来自我国对外贸易的开展所形成的高额顺差和外汇储备,而经济结构不平衡、国民经济过分依赖于外需以及劳动生产率的不断提高也是人民币存在升值压力的重要原因。随着中国经济的飞速发展和经济实力的日益增强,人民币在国际市场上面临严峻的升值压力,人民币升值必然对我国对外贸易的发展产生一定的影响。在了解人民币升值的背景、原因及过程的基础上,重点从正反两方面分析人民币升值对我国对外贸易的影响,进而探寻针对人民币升值的应对策略及措施,以促进我国对外贸易健康、有序地发展。

Abstract
In recent years, the RMB exchange rate has been facing appreciation pressure. In general, the pressure of RMB appreciation is primarily attributable to the high trade surplus and foreign exchange reserves of China's foreign trade to carry out economic structural imbalances, the national economy is too dependent on external demand and the continuous improvement of labor productivity RMB appreciation pressure exists an important reasons. With China's rapid economic development and growing economic strength, the RMB in the international market is facing severe upward pressure on the appreciation of the RMB is bound to have some impact on the development of China's foreign trade. Understand the background of the appreciation of the renminbi, causes and process, focusing on both positive and negative aspects of RMB appreciation on China's foreign trade, and thus to explore coping strategies and measures for the appreciation of the renminbi, to promote the health of China's foreign trade and orderly development.
