文档介绍：2015-2020 年陕西宝鸡典型村镇低碳循环社区生态规划设计摘要: 本文通过分析陕西宝鸡市典型村镇发展现状、农村的种植业和养殖业分布格局、环境污染现状和关注度等实际制约村镇未来发展的因素, 参考生态规划领域的既有成果, 设计出了一种典型村镇低碳循环社区的生态规划。借鉴生态工业园区和循环经济的设计思路, 通过对村镇园区内的种植业, 养殖业, 生产加工业, 能源利用的合理布局, 并合理控制各产污节点的污染排放来达到低碳循环的效果。同时在园区内部实行村长( 镇长) 的园区家长式管理制度, 对于各畜禽场, 种植区, 生产加工业进行管理, 使其生产要素分配和污染排放更加有秩序。通过提高农业项目吸引力和提供更多就业岗位来合理解决农村劳动力流失的失衡现状。本文具体以凤翔县来说明。 this paper analy zed the current situation of the development of typical villages and towns in baoji of province shaanxi , including some restriction factors for the future development .such as rural distribution patterns of planting and breeding, present situation and the attention of environmental pollution .A nd refer ring to other advance design in the field of ecological planning, design eda kind of typical rural ecological planning of low carbon re munity. with Reference for ecological industrial park and circular economy, the implement is based on rational distribution of villages and towns of the park's planting, breeding, production processing, energy utilization, and reasonabl y control s the producing pollution emissions . to achieve the effect of the low carbon re cycle.
