文档介绍:摘 要 — 1 —乌鲁木齐市血液透析患者生存质量多中心调查研究生:张豫导师:刘健摘要目的:了解乌鲁木齐市血液透析患者的生存质量情况及其影响因素,并为临床及相关部门提供更多有用的信息, 便于咨询指导。方法:采用多中心调查法,对乌鲁木齐市三家大医院的血液透析中心,自愿参加本研究的患者 169 例,使用 SF-36 生存质量量表问卷调查。结果: ( 1 ) 血液透析患者生存质量 SF-36 总体评分为: ±, ( 2)血液透析患者在躯体疼痛方面男性评分高于女性。汉族和少数民族血液透析患者在 SF-36 生存质量总分及各维度评分无差异。糖尿病肾病组血液透析患者在 SF-36 生存质量总分及多数维度评分低于非糖尿病组。有工作的血液透析患者生存质量在 SF-36 总分及多数维度评分均高于无工作者, 不同透析时间组间的 SF-36 总分及各维度评分差异无统计学意义。( 3)年龄与 SF-36 总分、生理机能、生理职能、精力等呈负相关,与情感职能、精神健康评分呈正相关;文化程度、工作状态主要与社会职能、精神健康方面呈正相关。( 4 )影响乌鲁木齐市维持性血液透析患者 SF-36 生存质量得分的入选因素为:年龄、文化程度、工作状态、原发病。结论: 乌鲁木齐市血液透析患者生存质量评分在多数方面与国内广州、武汉的相当。多种因素影响维持性血液透析患者生存质量得分,提高血液透析患者的生存质量是一个多方面、多因素的问题,需要医疗、政府、社会保障等各个部门共同努力。关键词:血液透析;生存质量; SF-36 评分新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 — 2 — Multi-center investigation of quality of life of patients with hemodialysis in Urumqi area postgraduate: ZhangYu supervisor:Liu Jian Abstract Objective : To evaluate the quality of life (Qol) and research the impacting factors of patients with hemodialysis (HD) in Urumqi ,as well as provide clinically with more useful information ,we designed pleted the survey. Methods : One hundred and sixty-nine patients with hemodi alysis (HD) were enrolled in the came from three of the multi-dialysis centers in Urumqi .Qol was investigated by using SF-36 Quality of Life Scale. Results: (1)The score of SF-36 was ±20 .87. (2)In body pain,the score of men was higher than women. In the score of SF- 36 ,there were no significant difference between Han and minority nationalities,but it wa s obviously lower in diab etic class than in non- diabetic was much higher in chass of employment than in class of unemployment. there were aslo no signifi cant difference among classes with differcent HD time. (3)Age was negatively correlated to the score of SF- 36,physical functioning, role-physical and vitality,but was positively corre lated to role emotional and mental health.
