中国中部六省技术进步贡献率的比较分析

摘要
技术进步是经济增长的重要因素,在经济增长中起着越来越重要的作用。
在科技发展日新月异的今天,技术进步已成为国际竞争和综合国力衡量的焦点
之一,技术进步是第一生产力。在全国经济发展格局中,东部地区加速发展、
西部地区积极推进、东北地区重振雄风,而中部地区继续凹陷的格局。山西作
为中部“凹陷地区”的欠发达的能源大省,面临的局面是在快速发展、努力缩
小与东部沿海地区差距的同时,又面临中部其他省份以及西部大开发中迅速崛
起省份赶超的压力。因此山西必须正确审视在中部地区经济社会发展的优势和
劣势,找准山西在中部地区经济社会发展的位置,增强紧迫意识,全面实现小
康目标,变能源大省为经济大省,真正实现山西在中部地区迅速崛起。
本文归纳总结了国内外专家学者关于测度技术进步贡献率相关的研究成
果,同时对现有测度技术进步的方法做了综述。选取中国中部六省作为研究对
象,以地区生产总值的作为被解释变量,资本存量以及就业人员数作为解释变
量,通过年的分省的面板数据,实证的分析了我国中部六省技术进
步对经济增长的贡献,比较了技术进步在各地区的经济增长中的不同作用。通
过分析可以看出:首先,技术进步对经济增长有一定的促进作用,但是它的作
用还比较小,资本的投入对经济增长有明显的促进作用。说明中部六省目前的
经济增长还处在经济发展的初期阶段。从长期来看,只有技术进步才是推进中
部经济增长的根本动力。其次,具体到山西省,技术进步对山西经济增长的贡
献率排名基本位于中部六省的中下游水平,本文对此进行了进一步的分析,找
出形成这种结果的原因。并对山西省提出一些相应的政策建议。

Technological progress is important factors for economic growth and plays an increasingly
important role in economic growth. At today's rapid advancement in technology, technological
progress has e prehensive national measure of one of the focal points on international
competitiveness, and it is the primary productive force. In national economic development pattern,
though the eastern region has been accelerated development, the western region actively
promoted, and the Northeast China restored its former glory, the central region continues the
pattern of depression. Shanxi, as the underdeveloped energy big province of central "sag areas", is
faced with the situation at the rapid development, and strive to narrow the gap between eastern
coastal areas and at the same time, it is also faced with the rapid rise of stress from other
provinces in central and provinces that have caught up western development .So firstly, Shanxi
must examine the advantages and disadvantages in the central region's economic and social
development exactly. Secondly, enhance awareness of the urgency. Thirdly, replace the
