自动化集装箱码头装卸工艺仿真

摘要: 详细分析了由双 40 英尺集装箱岸桥、低架桥分配系统和轨道式集装箱起重机( RM G) 构成的
一种自动化集装箱码头新型装卸工艺, 定义了该工艺关键设备的事件信息, 基于事件驱动和虚拟现实技
术构建了其装卸工艺仿真系统, 对集装箱装卸工艺进行了仿真。重点分析了该新型工艺系统下岸桥和
低架桥的装卸作业特性, 并计算了该工艺方案关键设备的作业效率。仿真结果表明, 新装卸工艺的自动
化集装箱码头相对于传统集装箱码头具有较高的装卸效率。

Abstract: A new co ntainer terminal lo ading and unlo ading technolog y, com po sed of double- 40-
fo ot quay cranes, a low bridg e allo catio n system and rail- m ounted g antry cranes( RM G) , w as analyzed
in detail. T he events of key equipm ent w ere defined. A loading and unloading process sim ulation sys-
tem w as dev elo ped based on event- driven and virtual reality technolog y. The analyses w ere focused
on the character istics of quay cranes and the low bridg e allocatio n sy stem under the new techno logy,
