摘要
目前起重机行业安全事故时有发生,造成很大的经济及人员损失,所以迫切需要配套安全监控仪。在研究、参考国内外工程机械现有安全监测系统的基础上,充分利用现代电子、计算机、传感测控等方面的技术成果,开发了一套新的安全智能监测系统。本课题重点解决行车监控信号的采集,同时为方便监控仪可于不同行车配套使用,本课题设计便携式手持配置仪,具有存储数据并将数据传输给PC的功能。系统将预设值通过键盘输入并传送给主机,并将传输结果送往LCD显示。本系统分为“按键处理模块”、“液晶显示模块”、“串口传输模块”和“数据存储模块”这4部分组成。
本文根据系统要求,提出了系统的总体技术方案,硬件电路和软件程序的设计思想,以及所涉及到的基础知识,并在此基础上对一些关键部分作了比较详细的剖析。
本系统以ATMEL公司生产的ATMEGA64单片机为核心,配以相应的处理电路,用Protel 99 SE进行硬件电路的绘制与检查,AVR编制系统程序,AVR Studio进行调试,实现按键处理和数据传输功能。另外,本文采取一系列的软硬件保护措施来提高系统的抗干扰能力。

Crane Signal Acquisition and The Design of Instrument Hardware Portable Configuration
Abstract
Currently the crane safety accidents have occurred, which resulting in great economic and human loss, there is an urgent need for supporting security monitoring apparatus. On the basis of the study on the security monitoring system at home and abroad, this thesis introduces a new one for construction machinery, which takes advantage of the technology progress in the fields of electronic, computer, sensing and munication. The topics focused on solving crane control signal acquisition, and to facilitate the monitoring instrument which can be used in different traffic supporting,We designed a portable hand-held which includes the function of sending data to PC. The system sends the key to host single-chip microprocessor and shows on the system includes "button function module", "LCD module", "serial transmission module" and "data storage module".
According to the system's request, we makes overall technical program, the total scheme and correlative basic knowledge of the hardware and software of the host single-chip microprocessor and subordinate one are discussed, and some key sections are analyzed in detail.
This system with the ATMEL of ATMEGA64 single-chip microprocessor, followed by some processing circuits , whose circuit is drawn and simulated by Protel 99
