文档介绍:11 毕业设计(论文) 汽车转向螺帽垫片冲压模具设计 22 摘要本毕业设计重点是冲裁、基本工序及其模具的计算和设计,本毕业设计在冲压基本理论的基础上,详尽的针对冲裁模和弯曲模的设计原理、方法的应用,还特别对冲裁、各类工艺及模具的设计计算。本文介绍的模具实例结构简单实用, 使用方便可靠,首先根据工件图算工件的展开尺寸,在根据展开尺寸算该零件的压力中心,材料利用率,画排样图。根据零件的几何形状要求和尺寸的分析,采用复合模冲压,这样有利于提高生产效率,模具设计和制造也相对于简单。当所有的参数计算完后,对模具的装配方案,对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行了分析。关键词:冲裁;冲压;设计 33 ABSTRACT This graduation design is focused on the blanking, basic process and the calculation of the mold and the design, the graduation design on the basis of the basic theory of stamping, elaborate on the design of the blanking die and bending die principle, method of application, are particularly hedge cutting, the design and calculation of all kinds of technology and die.
