河北工业大学硕士学位论文天津市承接国际服务外包对产业结构影响的研究摘要当今社会,服务外包业的迅猛发展引起了国际社会的广泛关注,我国也承接了大量国际服务外包业务,为发展我国服务业创造了良机。随着滨海新区的建设,天津的发展举世瞩目,天津地区承接了大量国际服务外包。面对国际服务外包这种新兴的贸易形式,随着天津市承接国际服务外包规模和种类的扩大,天津市承接国际服务外包对天津市产业结构的影响作用大小和影响机制受到了学术界的广泛关注。本文就此问题提出了讨论和分析。国外学者对服务外包的研究开展的要早得多,研究领域主要集中在服务外包对发包国的经济效益分析以及服务外包的动因。国内学者主要是站在接包国的角度研究服务外包对经济的影响,借鉴印度的服务外包发展方式,讨论如何促进产业结构升级。由于服务外包的数据较难收集,尤其是接包国方面的数据,因此大多数国内外学者都是从理论和案例的角度对服务外包和产业结构之间的关系进行分析和研究。本文以天津市为例,分析了服务外包对产业结构影响的三种传导机制,并运用实证的方法分析了天津市承接国际服务外包对天津市三个产业:软件、金融和生物医药的产业结构的影响,验证了理论分析。本文以此为背景,概述了天津市服务外包及产业结构的发展现状,提出了天津市服务外包产业发展的问题。并先从理论的角度分析了服务外包的就业效应、资本积累效应和技术溢出效应对产业结构影响的传导机制,然后分析了天津市承接国际服务外包对天津市服务业的细分产业的产业结构的影响机制。并使用面板数据模型进行实证分析,验证影响机制。最后分产业提出相应的对策和建议,试图解决天津市承接国际服务外包在细分产业中的问题。关键字:服务外包,产业结构,软件,金融,生物医药 i
