摘要摘要随着的不断提高,我国餐饮业社会消费品零售总额不断增长,呈现出旺盛发展的强劲势头。但发展中也存在着产业集中度较低,企业经营水平不高等问题。哪些因素影响了我国餐饮业的发展呢? 本文从餐饮业的基本发展情况、就业吸纳能力、经营情况、基本财务指标等几方面入手,分析我国餐饮业发展现状,可以看出我国餐饮业社会消费品零售总额不断增长,企业规模不断扩大,从业人数不断增多,营业收入不断增长。从构成来看,正餐服务业为主体,其它餐饮服务形式不断增长。说明我国餐饮业正朝着多样化发展。但发展中也存在着产业集中度较低,企业间经营水平差距较大,餐饮服务的结构性矛盾比较突出,内资餐饮企业自主创新能力低和地区性差异等问题。为深入分析影响餐饮业发展的宏观经济因素,基于横截面数据,采用主成分回归分析方法,得出经济发展水平是决定中的重要因素,人均GDP、城市化率、农村人均纯收入、城镇居民收入、国际0>旅游收入、外商投资、旅游接待人数、政府消费支出对餐饮行业发展均起到正向的促进作用。本文还通过对1978-2009年餐饮业社会消费品零售总额和人均国内生产总值的时间序列数据进行分析,通过误差修正模型揭示餐饮业与经济发展水平之间的关系,阐述两者之间的长期均衡和短期影响,得出人均GDP水平提高1个百分点,。最后有针对性地提出发展我国餐饮业的对策建议。关键字餐饮业影响因素主成分回归误差修正 I
Abstract Abstract With the development of economic rapid and stable growth, the e level of urban and rural residents unceasing enhancement, the total retail sales of consumer goods in catering enterprises in China society, shows a strong growing in the development of strong there is some problem such as low industrial concentration and enterprise management level and so on.
