文档介绍：内容摘要崛起于明代、兴盛于清代的山西商人,在历时五个世纪之后,于二十世纪初退出了历史的舞台。究其原因,笔者认为影响晋商兴衰的因素很多,但制度的变迁是关键因素。本文运用新制度经济学的理论,认为晋商制度的变迁是逐步的、分阶段的,它分为创新阶段、均衡阶段和僵滞阶段。在晋商制度的创新阶段分析了晋商组织发现潜在利润时进行制度创新,利润是制度变迁的驱动力,并运用博弈论对晋商制度刨新作出分析,笔者认为晋商每一个制度的出现是不同利益集团之间重复博弈的结果。在均衡阶段阐述了制度系统处于耦合状态时对晋商兴盛的作用。在僵滞阶段概括了晋商制度停滞特征,阐述了其制度系统处于真空、冲突状态的表现,进一步指出当制度处于非耦合状态时,由于没有进行制度创新而导致晋商走向衰落的必然命运。关键词: 明清晋商制度变迁三大阶段 Abstract SharⅨi merchants who emergenced inMing Dynasties and prospered inQing Dynasties lived forfivehundreds years and were finallydispelled from history stage in the20“century.
