文档介绍：青岛大学硕士学位论文论欧洲主权债务危机及其对我国的启示--以“欧洲五国”为例姓名:雷旸申请学位级别:硕士专业:世界经济指导教师:朴明根 20110611 摘要最近几年,世界经济产生了一个全新现象——主权债务危机。所谓“主权债务危机”,就是指某个国家无法偿还其到期债务,或无法筹措新债以偿还旧债的一种经济现象。主权债务危机较之个人债务危机及企业债务危机来说,对国家经济、区域经济甚至全球经济有着更大的冲击力和影响力。因此,探究主权债务危机爆发的真正原因、寻求防范和应对主权债务危机的对策,研究欧洲主权债务危机对我国的启示,具有极大的必要性和现实性。本文的基本框架是:第一章提出研究欧洲主权债务危机的意义、国内外研究的现状和本文的研究方法;第二章分析主权债务危机的概念、欧洲主权债务危机的来龙去脉及“欧洲五国”主权债务危机所造成的影响;第三章从“欧洲五国”自身、欧盟和世界三个层面,探寻主权债务危机爆发的原因;第四章论述“欧洲五国”、欧盟和世界如何应对本次欧洲主权债务危机;第五章研究欧洲主权债务危机对我国的启示,以便使我国能从容应对主权债务危机的发生。本文采取归纳法与演绎法相结合、实证法与规范法相统一、理论和实践紧密相联系的研究方法,对欧洲主权债务危机进行系统的研究。关键词:主权债务、主权债务危机、欧洲主权债务危机、《马斯特里赫特条约》、《稳定与发展公约》、财政危机 Abstract In recent years,a newphenomenon--sovereign debtcrisishasarisenfromtheworld so-called‘‘sovereign debtcrisis’’refers to aneconomic phenomenon that a country isunable topay itsduedebts,or toraisenew debts torepay pared with personal debts and corporate debts,the sovereign debthas agreater impact and influence on national economy,regional economy and even , isofgreatnecessity and reality toexplore thereal cause ofsovereign debtcrisis,to seek countermeasures toprevent and resolve sovereign debt crises,and study the enlightenment ofsovereign debtcrisis on our country. The framework ofthisthesisis:thefirstchapter discusses thesignificance of European sovereign debtcrisis,the status of domestic and foreign research and the research methods ofthisthesis;the second chapter analyzes theconcept ofsovereign debtcrisis,and thebackground and impact ofEuropean sovereign debtcrisis;the third chapter explores the causes of the European sovereign debt crisis from three leVels_一fiVe countries dealwiththis crisisofEuropean sovereign debt;the fifthchapter studiestheenlightenment ofthe European sovereign debtcrisis on China,SO thatwe can calmly dealwithsovereign debtcrisesifthey occur inChina.
