论文题目:榆林市优势特色工矿产业选择发展研究专业:产业经济学硕士生:崔苗(签名) 指导教师:孙红湘(签名) 摘要榆林市作为陕西省资源富集区,其工业产业长期存在着产业结构单一、能源化工产业比重过大的问题。在世界金融危机和全球可持续经济发展趋势的影响之下,榆林的能源化工主导产业受到了严重冲击,依托资源发展的不可持续性暴露无遗。而工矿业领域中的一些优势特色产业在快速发展的同时也出现发展不平衡、优势不明显、创新能力和产业关联带动作用不够等问题。榆林必须积极顺应世界产业结构转型升级的潮流,结合自身优势,发挥自身特色,寻找在工矿业领域中可接替主导产业的优势特色产业,调整和优化产业结构、促进产业转型和升级,谋求长远的发展机会和更大的经济利益。本文以产业经济学和区域经济学理论为指导,借鉴国内外现有的选择优势特色产业的理论,对优势特色产业的内涵提出了新的见解。结合榆林市经济现状,构建了榆林市优势特色产业选择的指标体系,通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,选择出适合榆林市经济可持续发展的优势特色产业,认为已被定为主导产业的一些石化产业已经不能适应当前经济发展趋势,必须加快升级转型,与此同时,一些高附加值制造产业、精尖设备制造业发展潜力日益突显。最后根据选择结果,分析了影响榆林优势特色产业发展的主要因素:过度倚重资源导致产业结构不均衡;西部地区生态环境科研投入长期不足,资源开发中的科学规划合理布局都缺乏科学依据,片面追求经济高速增长,导致资源开发与环境保护不协调;1>企业社会责任感薄弱,不考虑环境承载和当地可持续发展,致使行业整体资源浪费严重;创新意识不强、创新能力不够,导致产业链条太短、产品附加值低等等。在此基础上,本文提出榆林优势特色产业的发展建议。首先,加快产业结构升级,着重发展非资源型产业;其次,提升产业园区开发水平,构建绿色环保型产业园区;再次,推进中小企业交流与竞争,提升资源利用率;最后,增加优势特色产业科技投入,增强科技创新能力。关键词:优势特色产业;指标体系;主成分分析法;榆林研究类型:应用研究

Under the double whammy of the world financial crisis and the trends of global sustainable economic development, the leading industry of Yulin Energy and Chemical has been a serious impact, the industry which relying on the resource exposed unsustainability. Some advantageous industries in the field of mining and industrial is uneven obvious advantages, innovation capability and industrial relevance leading role not enough when it is developing fast. Yulin must adapt to the trend of the world's industrial restructuring and upgrading actively, bine their strengths to play to its own characteristics to find feature industry which can take over the leading industries in the mining and industrial areas.
