The structure of pound founctions were confirmed by IR spectral charac - terization. Key w ords: diethyl phthalate; p-methylbenzenesulfonic acid; cyclohexane; synthesis 邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP) 又称邻酞酸二乙酯或酞酸乙酯,是一种无毒、无色、透明的油状液体, 可用于塑料、纤维树脂的增塑,其低温柔软性与耐久性优于邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,常与邻苯二甲酸二甲酯并用于醋酸纤维素,用以提高制品的耐水性、弹性、耐光性及硬度;用于硝基纤维素,可获得强度高、耐光性好、无臭味的制品[ 1 ] 。 DEP 可用作聚乙酸乙烯酯乳化液的增粘剂、在药剂制造中用作溶剂及润滑剂、香料留香剂、食品包装薄膜的无毒胶粘剂、有色或稀有金属矿山浮选的起泡剂、气相色谱固定液、酒精变性剂、喷雾杀虫剂、火箭推进剂的稳定剂等[ 2 ] 。尽管 DEP 由于挥发性大,使其发展受到一定限制, 但在其它领域,如用于生产醋酸和丁酸
