A Fascinating Mind
The Hong Kong Securities Institute’s latest inductee as an Honorary Fellow, Anthony Neoh,
has played a significant role in helping the development of the financial systems in both
Hong Kong and China over the past two decades. Among the many senior positions he
has held, he has been the chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and mission,
and chief advisor to the China Securities mission. He is also a founding
member of the Institute.
