文档介绍：摘要随着科技的进步和经济的发展,我国的电子政务进入了全面建设和发展的新阶段。信息化技术对于促进政务的公开化、透明化、科学化起到了积极的促进作用。电子政务涉及很多繁杂的功能,需要满足各类用户不同的需求,客观上需要有一个门户系统将它们统一起来。乡镇政府作为我国最基本行政管理单位,其信息门户系统的建设在以往的相关研究中还被处于不被重视的地位,在一定程度上阻碍了乡镇信息化进程。本文通过对乡镇政府日常工作需求的深入分析,采用面向对象的分析与设计方法,设计并实现了一个面向乡镇政府的电子政务门户系统,提供内容管理与信息发布等丰富的业务应用。系统按照多层体系结构的设计模式搭建,通过数据访问层、业务逻辑层、外观层和表现层的划分保证了结构的成熟性与功能的可扩展性,在性能设计中采取多种缓存策略优化页面访问效率,对SQL注入式攻击和网页挂马等常见攻击方式采取了预防措施,强化了系统的安全性。系统各项功能均通过主流测评工具软件的性能测试和压力测试。面向乡镇政府的电子政务门户系统能够较好满足和适应乡镇各级部门管理、决策、服务的需要,有效提高了政府信息公开的水平,对区域信息化发展环境和信息化建设水平提高起到了积极的促进作用。关键词: 乡镇政府信息化电子政务门户系统 ABSTRACT With thedeVelopment oftechnology and economic,the e_goVemments ofChina haVe been wideIy conStflJcted and execution ofthee-goVemment pIays an importa呲role inmaking thegoVemment’s work informatization’automation, open,-goVemment inVolVes aIotoffIeatures锄dspec讯c requirements.
