安徽省竞技武术后备人才培养现状调查分析

摘要:目前,省内外针对竞技武术后备人才方面的研究较少,竞技武术作为全运会中唯
一的一个非奥运项目,其后备人才的发展应该受到应有的重视。武术作为中国的传统体
育项目,在后备人才的培养途径上,由于民办武术馆校的大量介入,其后备人才培养过
程相对于其他体育项目要复杂的多。本文采用文献资料法、实地调研考察访谈法、问卷
调查法、数理统计法、综合分析法等研究方法从目前安徽省体委和民办武术馆校两个系
统的竞技武术后备人才培养现状所涉及到的运动员、教练员、管理人员及相关的问题进
行深入细致的调查研究,同步对比分析两个系统后备人才培养现状的异同点,结合最近两
年省青少年武术比赛的成绩分析,真实地反映了我省竞技武术后备人才的培养现状。结
论认为:安徽省竞技武术在后备人才培养体制相对要好于省内其他运动项目,但是整体
上还存在着不合理性,缺乏教育系统的参与;安徽省体委系统在竞技武术后备人才培养
上同样面临着:生源的数量、质量得不到保证、运动员就业出路面窄、“学训矛盾”突出
等普遍问题;业余武术教练员队伍整体综合素质不高,特别是武术馆校的教练员;竞赛
体制不合理,比赛次数较少;民办武术馆校已逐渐成为我省竞技武术后备人才培养的生
力军,武术馆校的总体状况呈现出数量较多,但分布不均匀,南少北多,办学层次偏低
等特点;武术后备人才分布不均匀,皖北地区好于皖南地区。根据安徽省竞技武术后备
人才现状,结合安徽省目前的省情及竞技体育整体水平现状,提出了相应的发展对策,
希望能为安徽省各地区以及全国其他省市竞技武术后备人才培养工作更好的开展提供有
益参考。

Abstract
At present,inside and outside the province are few in view of athletics martial arts reserve talented person
aspect research, athletics martial arts took in national games an only non-Olympic Games project, its reserve
talented person's development should be valued which should have. The martial arts take China's traditional
sports project, in reserve talented person's raise way, because the managed by the people martial arts hall school
massive involvements, its reserve personnel training process is opposite in other sports project plex
many. This article uses the literature material law, investigates and studies on the spot the inspection interview
law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the mathematical method of average, the synthesis analytic method, and
so on the research techniques the athlete, the trainer, the administrative personnel and the correlation question
