东中西部地区城镇居民消费行为比较

摘要
世纪末以来,中衡的现象日益突出,引起了一
系列的经济问题和社会问题。如何协调地区间经济发展已经成为中国政府和学
者关注的焦点。研究东中西部地区城镇居民的消费行为差异对于制定以地区为
对象的消费政策,从而进一步缩小地区差距有着一定的指导意义。本文主要从
消费水平和消费结构两个方面来论述东中西部地区城镇居民消费行为的差异,
力求总结出三地区消费行为差异的原因,为制定合理的区域消费政策和收入政
策等提供一定的理论依据。
首先对中和消费结构的现状进行比较
分析,主要分析了东中西部地区城镇居民在收入、平均消费倾向、生活质量和
各项消费支出上的差别。然后利用误差修正模型对东中西部地区城镇居民在消
费水平方面的差异进行定量分析,反映了东中西部地区城镇居民消费与收入之
间的短期波动和长期均衡关系。最后利用模型对年东中西部地区城
镇居民消费结构按收入分组的数据资料进行估计并利用估计结果进行边际消费
倾向、基本消费需求和各项消费需求弹性的比较分析。
针对上述分析,总结出以下结论: 年后我国东中西部地区城镇居民
的收入、消费差距呈现出再次扩大的趋势;近年来我均消费
倾向均在逐渐下降,东部地区下降速度最快;城镇居民的消费信心从东到西
依次减弱,表现为误差修正项调整系数依次增大;我国城镇居民在医疗和教
育上的支出对其他消费支出具有很强的挤占效应,东部地区城镇居民在此两项
的支出高于中西部地区。我国城镇居民近年来交通通讯支出增长迅猛,以东
部地区为最。
根据以上结论,本文提出了相应的政策建议缩小东中西部地区城镇居民

的收入差距;加快社会保障制度建设,提高居民的消费信心;3大力发展消
费信贷市场,刺激城镇居民消费,防止消费倾向继续下滑;努力提高中西部
地区城镇居民交通通讯消费。

Abstract
The unbalanced economic development of different regions in China
has e the main problem that courses a series of economic and
social problems since the end of 20st century. How to solve the problem
has e the focus that the government and the scholars concern. It
has important meaning for making consumption policy of different regions
and reducing the gaps between the regions that researching the
consumption differences among the urban households of eastern, central
and western regions. This thesis mainly elaborates the consumption
differences from the consumption level and consumption structure to
summarize the reasons for the differences in consumer behavior and to
provide theoretical basis for making reasonable consumption and e
policies in different regions.
