中国商业银行表外业务发展战略研究

摘要
我国商业银行长期以来一直从事传统的商业银行存贷款业务,商业银行表外
业务发展缓慢,品种少,收入低,随着我国经济和金融体制改革的加速,国内
外商业银行之间的竞争也越来越激烈,我国商业银行必须提高竞争能力,创新
发展商业银行表外业务,才能够在竞争中取胜。本论文的研究的主要目标:、
对国内外商业银行表外业务发展的历史与现状进行分析,可以看出我国在发展
商业银行表外业务方面和国外有很大的差距。、对我国商业银行表外业务进行
综合分析,分别从发展我国商业银行表外业务的机会、约束、优势、劣势四个
方面分别进行分析。、从外部环境和内部情况两个方面提出发展我国商业银行
表外业务战略。
在对本论文的分析过程中,笔者主要运用定性与定量分析方法、比较分析方
法,综合分析方法。具体研究结果如下:、通过国内外商业银行表外业务历史
与现状分析,可以看出我国商业银行表外业务发展缓慢,品种少,收入低,并
且不具有良好的发展商业银行表外业务的外部环境和内部条件。、通过综合分
析得出发展我国商业银行表外业务的四种战略: 战略、战略战略、
战略四项战略。、分别对各项战略进行归类,提出了发展我国商业银行表外业
务的外部战略和发展我国商业银行表外业务内部战略。另外,根据我衡的现状,提出发展商业银行表外业务必须实施区
域发展战略。

Abstract

Our country’mercial bank for long time has been engaged in
savings and loans business in order to acquire the profits. Development Of
off-balance Sheet Activities is slow - moving. The species is little. The
e is lower. Our country’s reform of economy and financial system is
accelerating. petition among banks is ing more vigorous
than ever. Our country’mercial bank must increase the ability of
competition. At the same time our country’mercial bank must
develop Off-balance sheet activities mercial bank and enhance the
competitive ability. Only so our mercial bank can win the
competition. This paper focuses on three aspects. 1、This paper analyzes
history and current development situation of off-balance sheet activities
from domestic banks and foreign banks. From the above analysis, we can
come to the conclusion that there is a large gap between our domestic
banks and foreign banks. 2、 Through the course prehensive
analysis, we try to find strength and weakness mercial banks, as
well as opportunities and restriction derived from the economics
environments. 3、 From external environment and internal situation
separately , a framework of strategy is put forward at last.
