社会资本对企业创新网络的影响研究

摘要

企业创新网络已经成为国内外创新研究者最为关注的研究方向之一。由于
创新活动离不开企业创新主体之间的社会互动,社会资本己成为企业创新网络
的有效机制,也成为企业创新的一个新的来源。社会资本理论的引入,为研究
创新网络提供了一个崭新的视角。
本文从社会资本三个维度,系统地分析了社会资本对创新网络的影响作用。
然后,本文将社会网络分析工具应用到企业创新网络案例研究中,理论研究与
案例应用研究并重。根据理论研究成果,借助社会网络分析的方法与社会学统
计软件,对太原高新区软件开发企业创新网络现状进行了分析,并提出
解决措施。
本文得出结论:适度的网络密度有利于增强创新网络的创新动力;适度的
网络中心性有利于挖掘创新网络的创新潜力;强弱关系均衡有利于创新网络发
现和利用创新机会。社会资本的关系维度有利于强化创新网络的知识转移与扩
散,是规范创新网络的重要机制。社会资本的认知维度有利于激励创新网络的
企业创新行为、隐形知识的传播与创新网络知识扩散。
本文主要创新在于:
其一,用社会资本视角来研究企业创新网络,且着重探讨了社会资本的三
个维度分别对创新网络的影响;
其二,从方法论角度,本文将社会网络分析工具应用到企业创新网络案例
研究中。
创新是网络发展的动力,网络化创新问题已经逐渐成为学术研究的前沿。
本文探讨了社会资本环境下的创新网络,认为社会资本是一种资源,社会资本
和企业创新网络相互结合,有利于提高创新网络的整体创新能力。

Abstract

The research of The Enterprise work(EIN)has been most concerned by the
experts who were in research field of the enterprise innovation home and abroad. As the activity of
innovation is inseparable from social interaction between these enterprises, the social capital has
e the effective mechanism of the EIN and a new source of the innovation. A new perspective
of EIN research was provided by the introduction of social capital theory.
The impact of social capital on EIN was been systematically analyzed from the three
dimensions of social capital. Then in this paper, work analysis tools were applied in the
case research, so fundamental research and case research were both used.
According to the achievement of the fundamental research, and with the aid of the society
network analysis method and sociological statistics software , the present situation of EIN
posed with software development enterprise in High-tech Industrial Development Zones of
Taiyuan was analyzed, then the solutions were proposed.
