基于网络结构的社会资本对企业创新绩效的影响
摘要
近年来社会资本越来越成为企业关注的热点。社会资本是指个体及组织内部成员通过
基于信任基础上的关系网络获取稀缺资源并由此获益的能力。它通过影响网络成员之间的
知识转移,促进个体之间资源交换和组织内部之间连接关系的形成,进而影响网络成员的
行为以及绩效。本文基于社会资本理论,研究社会资本对企业创新绩效的影响。从以下几
方面来阐述这个问题:
首先,对社会资本的涵义进行界定,分析其理论依据、构成要素以及基本衡量方法,
再进一步对企业社会资本的涵义、分类以及作用进行分析。
其次,从理论出发阐述社会资本对企业创新的影响。引入创新网络这一概念,作为社
会资本的载体和分析社会资本的平台,分析创新网络的作用是不可或缺的,然后引入社会
资本作用于创新绩效的中介变量——吸收能力,以及被解释变量——创新绩效。最后,分
别从社会资本、吸收能力、创新绩效的关系综合性的分析了社会资本的作用,理论上对它
的作用机制做出了分析与解释。
再次,对创新网络的动态性特征进行分析,指出网络规模、密度、中心性、关系强度
等网络结构属性,探讨各主体间的合作频度。本章最后以石家庄制药产业为例,分析了其
创新网络存在的不足并有针对性地提出了一些建议和措施。
最后,也是本文研究的核心部分。依靠创新网络这样一个平台,从不同角度分析社会
资本对企业创新绩效的影响。通过分析表明企业的内部社会资本、企业的外部社会资本的
社会联系方面与企业创新绩效的正向相关性尤为明显。总的来说,社会资本的存在使企业
在信任的基础上得到更多的内部信息和技术上的交流,从而增强了企业的创新能力。

BASED ON WORK STRUCTURE

Abstract

In recent years, social capital has increasingly e a hot issue. Social capital refers to
the ability that anization members get scarce resources and obtain benefit based on
trust-work of relationships. Social capital can promote the exchange of resources
between individuals anizations by affecting the transfer of knowledge, thereby improving
the behavior and performance of work members. Based on this paper, we study the effect
of social capital on enterprise innovation performance. From the following aspects to elaborate
this issue:
First of all, we describe the social capital theory, further the meaning and the classification
of corporate social capital.
Secondly, we introduce the concept of works, as the vector of social capital, it
is indispensable to analyze the effect of works. Then we introduce the concept of
