社会转型期大学生就业问题研究

摘要

在当前市场经济快速发展,中国高等教育大众化、大学生就业体制市场化
和社会整体就业形势严峻的多重背景下,大学生就业问题日益突出,已从个人
问题、家庭问题、学校问题上升为一个政府乃至全社会共同关心的问题。大学
毕业生能否成功就业直接关系到经济、科技和社会的发展,直接影响到高校的
发展;大学毕业生成功就业是其生存与发展的前提条件,也承载着家庭的希望
与未来。反之,大学生失业会对个人、家庭造成巨大的压力、是一种严重的人
力资源浪费,会影响社会稳定。因此,研究大学生就业问题,特别是研究处在
社会转型期这个特殊背景下的大学生就业问题,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
本文运用了文献研究法、比较研究法,运用劳动力市场均衡分析、马克思
的劳动力价值理论等经济学原理对大学生就业问题进行了简约的分析;从复杂
的微观利益与宏观大时代背景中,挖掘了隐藏在大学生就业问题背后的体制和
机制等深层次原因。在对大学生就业制度的沿革、当前大学生就业形势以及存
在的问题的基础上,从大学生就业观的微观教育角度到政府制度建设的宏观调
控角度提出了若干对策。

Abstract

In the current market, the rapid economic development of Chinese higher education, graduate
employment market and society as a whole system, the employment situation is grim for multiple
background, students have e increasingly prominent problem of employment, from personal
problems, family problems, school problems and even up to a government-wide social issues of
mutual interest. Employment ess of university graduates is directly related to economic,
technological and social development, a direct impact on the development of colleges and
universities; university graduates find a job is the prerequisite for the survival and development, but
also carries the family’s hope and future. Instead, students will be unemployed individuals, families,
enormous pressure is a serious waste of human resources, will affect social stability. Therefore, the
employment of college students, especially research in the social transition for students under the
special employment problems of great theoretical and practical significance.
In this paper, a literature study, comparative study, the use of the labor market equilibrium, the
value of Marx's labor theory of economics principles to the students conducted a simple job analysis;
