社会主义新农村建设中的农民思想教育问题研究

摘要
建设社会主义新农村是全面建设小康社会构建社会主义和谐社会推进
社会主义现代化进程中最艰巨、最繁重的历史任务。加强和改进农民思想教育
工作是社会主义新农村建设得以健康有序推进的必备条件,必须要从建设社会
主义新农村,推进社会主义现代化的战略高度,充分认识加强和改进农民思想
教育的重要性和紧迫性。
本文从社会主义新农村建设对农民思想教育的时代要求出发,在客观分析
当前农民思想教育存在的主要问题的基础上,分别从目的、内容、方式以及主
体和条件四个方面对农民思想教育问题展开研究,着重阐述了农民思想教育工
作在上述四个方面存在的问题和不足,并针对问题和不足,分别提出了相应的
对策和建议。其主要内容如下:
在社会主义新农村建设中,农民思想教育的具体目的要进一步转变,要过去
仅仅停留在调动广大农民群众的积极性上转变为在调动广大农民积极性的基础
上,注重提高农民素质,促进农民全面发展,把培养和造就有理想、有道德、
有文化、有纪律、懂技术以及会经营的社会主义新型农民作为其主要任务;农
民思想教育内容要克服过去单一、陈旧、针对性不强的问题,在准确把握其时
代性、综合性、通俗性和实用性的基础上,注重加强农民思想教育内容的体系
建设,注重加强农民思想教育内容的针对性,还要注重不断更新和完善农民思
想教育内容;农民思想教育方式应适应新农村建设的实际需要,在灵活性、对
等性以及针对性上下功夫,要通过采用灵活、有情、有境的思想教育方式调动
广大农民接受思想教育的积极性和主动性,从而提高农民思想教育的实际效果;
农民思想教育主体要得到加强,要实现两个转变:即,要由无队伍的思想教育

向有队伍的思想教育转变;要由不自觉开展农民思想教育向自觉开展农民思想
教育转变。农民思想教育条件要得到改善,要由无投入的思想教育向有投入的
思想教育转变。

Abstract
Constructing the socialist new countryside is the hugest and the
heaviest mission of building a well-off society and setting up the
harmonious society of the socialism. Strengthening and improving
Ideological education of farmers is a necessity for healthy and orderly
progress of construction of new socialist countryside. we must recognize
the full importance of strengthening and improving ideological education
of farmers from the strategy attitude of construction of new socialist
countryside.
The article sets out with era requests of constructing the socialist
new countryside and the present condition of ideological education of
farmers, it’s attention is concentrated on ideological education of farmers
from purpose, content, manner, subject and condition phases. This article
will highlight the existing problem and the insufficient of above four
phases of ideological education of farmers and put forward corresponding
countermeasures and suggestions. The ponents of this article as
