摘要
改革开放二十多年来,我国在经济发展中坚持以提高国民经济整体效益为
优先目标,鼓励一部分人先富起来。在这一政策的指导下,我国经济发展取得
了举世瞩目的成就,沿海地区的加速发展带动了我的提
高。然而在不断提高的同时,贫富分化
的现象却日趋严重。本文从经济法角度,论述了经济法在调节社会收入分配和
缩小贫富差距方面所具有的不可忽视的作用,通过对贫富差距的现状及其原因
分析,从经济法的角度探讨解决贫富差距的对策,提出一些立法建议和建设性
意见,以期能与实践结合,对我国相关立法和实践起到一定的积极推动作用。
本文共四个部分。第一部分主要阐述了我国贫富差距的现状及其具体表现,并
从其现状分析了贫富差距对我国经济社会的消极影响以及缩小当前贫富差距
的重要性;第二部分着重从四个方面分析了现阶段我国贫富差距扩大的原因;
第三部分主要论述了经济法在缩小我国贫富差距中的作用,从经济法的产生背
景及其价值本质探讨了经济法在缩小我国当前贫富差距中的重要作用。第四部
分从经济法的角度分析了缩小我国贫富差距的经济法途径,主要从产业政策
法、社会保障法、反垄断法、反不正当竞争法和税法的立法及其完善方面提出
了缩小我国当前贫富差距的经济法对策。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
With the reform and opening of twenty years, our country persists in
advancing the overall performance in national economy as a preferential
objective and encouraging some people to be rich earlier during the
economic development in China. Under the direction of the policy
mentioned above, our country has made tremendous achievements that
enjoy worldwide attention during the development of economy, and the
accelerated development in coastal areas has driven the improvement of
the overall level of the national economy. While the phenomena of the
polarization between the rich and poor have e worse with the fast
and sustaining growth of the national economy and the steady increase of
the residents’ e level. Based on economic law, this article discusses
the significant role in adjusting the social e distribution and
reducing the gap between the rich and poor of economic law, and explores
the games of solving the differences between the rich and poor by means
of analyzing the current situation and causes of the differences between
the rich and poor, and put forward some legislative suggestion and
constructive opinion, to bine with practice and play a positive role
in the correlation legislation and practice
