八十年代初期工程总承包项目管理模式已经开始在国内暂露头脚,随着我国
改革开放的逐步深入,国外公司开始进入我国的建设市场,使我们更多地了解国
际上通行的工程总承包项目管理模式。笔者长期就职于国内某知名的工程公司,
在从业的10多年中,所在公司也经历了从单纯的设计单位,发展到业务涵盖国内
国外两个市场、以工程总承包和设计为主业的工程公司。本文中结合所参与过的
几个工程总承包项目,系统地总结了总承包项目管理的各个方面内容,并通过对
质量控制、进度控制和费用控制的深入分析,详细论述了项目的三大控制目标管
理的实质内容。文中还通过结合一些工程实例,提出了自己对项目管理的一下观
点看法,希望能够通过这些分析,对其他从业者提供一些有益的参考。

ABSTRACT

In the early eightieth, the project management for Turnkey contract was already
established in China. As china opened up to the rest of the world, panies
started to enter the Chinese construction market. This allowed us to better understand
the internationally recognized EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
management scheme. The author has a long term career in a well known domestic
pany. During his ten years work experiences, pany he worked
for has developed from a design institute to an pany focusing on EPC
as well as design, having business covering both the domestic and international
market. In this article, the author has summarized different aspect of EPC project
management based on his work experiences on EPC projects. Deep analysis was
carried out on quality control, schedule control, and cost control to reflect the issues
that may occur in project objective control management. By analyzing real
engineering scenarios, the author has expressed his opinions on project management,
which can be used as references for individuals who work in this field.
