摘要

自改革开放以来,中国诞生了无数的明星企业。这些企业虽然一部分至今仍存在发
展,但是更多的企业则失败了。如秦池、爱多、巨人、三株等在中国企业历史上仅仅是
昙花一现。这些企业基本上是在高速成长期向成熟期转折的过渡时期,企业在成长期逐
步积累的问题,在此过渡期阶段集中爆发出来,由于管理者缺乏远见和急功近利的结果,
使企业陷入管理陷阱或战略陷阱中并最终导致失败。因此,对于正在处于这个时期企业
的研究,就具有十分重要的意义。
以往的企业寿命周期理论描述了成长期和成熟期的特征,但对这两个时期之间的
“弧线”部分并没有进行特殊定义并加以深入的研究,而企业在这一时期恰恰最容易出
现“致命”的问题。本文创造性的提出过渡期这一阶段,并结合企业失败案例,提出了
陷阱的概念。在此基础上,本文阐述了企业在进入成熟期的过渡阶段可能面临着不同陷
阱,识别并避免落入这些陷阱,将能正确地引导企业顺利从成长期过渡到成熟期,实现
企业在可持续成长过程中“惊险的跳跃”。

Abstract

Since the reform & opening up, China has created numerous star enterprises. Although
parts of these enterprises still exist and develop, more and more enterprises will fail. Like as
Qin-chi, Ai-duo, Giants, San-zhu and other enterprises in the history of China are only a flash
in the pan. These enterprises have basically been in a high-speed growing turning to maturity
point in the transitional phase; their problem in the growing gradual had been accumulated
and burst out during this transitional phase. Because of managers’ lack of vision and to seek
quick ess or instant benefits, and the enterprises sink into management traps or strategy
traps and eventually lead to failure. Therefore, the study in this phase is of very great
significance.
For the Corporate Lifecycles, the growing phase and maturity phase has not strictly
qualitative distinction. There are many dangers in this phase. This paper has creativity
proposed transitional phase in this stage, which is a part of Corporate Lifecycles curve. With
the analysis of corporate failures, this paper proposes the concept of traps. On this basis, this
paper propose that enterprises in the transitional phase may face a different trap, identify and
avoid falling into these traps, will be able to correctly guide enterprises to smoothly transit
from growing phase to maturity phase, to achieve su
