文档介绍:四川I师范大学硕士学位论文摘要 IH H 荣县供电公司绩效管理体系研究 Y2541 331 工商管理专业研究生:欧道杰指导教师:王静摘要:为实现***提出“一强三优”现代公司的发展战略目标,和“三抓一创”的工作思路。其中,抓队伍需要绩效管理不断完善改进,才能将***的发展战略目标转化为各级省、市电力公司工作目标。绩效管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,在企业管理中,绩效效果往往因企业制度、员工自身条件等因素影响,使得绩效管理结果不能客观、真实地体现出企业真实地管理水平。如何利用绩效管理这个管理工具,充分调动广大员工工作积极性和主动性,提升企业管理水平成为现代企业急需破解地难题。本文通过介绍对绩效管理的背景和意义,分析了荣县供电公司绩效管理方面存在的主要问题,并根据公司绩效管理现状提出改进设计,进一步完善绩效管理内容,结合四JII省电力公司出台关于《“三集五大”体系建设绩效考核管理制度办法修订》办法,制定了新方案。关键词:绩效管理荣县供电公司设计新方案四川师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Putforward the”strategic objective ofthedevelopment of astrong threeexcellent’ Modern Corporation toChina State Grid Corp,and”three grasping thethinking of creation”.Among them,catch team need performance management,continuous improvement,will target thedevelopment strategy ofChina State Grid Corp intoall pany objectives.
