农村地区老年人日常生活照料及影响因素研究

摘要
人口老龄化趋势的加快,老年人群体的日益庞大,已经成为社会发展过程中不
可忽视的现象。老年人的照料和赡养问题不仅仅是家庭的内部问题,而且也是一个
社会问题。我国大多数的老龄人口分布在农村地区,因此农村的老龄化问题更为突
出。而目前有关农村老年人的生活照料问题的研究明显不足。需要家庭和社会照料
的老人大量增加,但由于家庭结构的小型化,人口流动的加快,家庭照料资源的匮
乏,会使照料老人的矛盾更加突出。
本研究基于中国老龄科学研究中心年下半年开始的“中国城乡老年人口状
况一次性抽样调查”项目,对农村问卷资料的样本进行描述统计和回归统计分
析。主要描述了农村老年人的健康状况,日常生活照料状况,并对老年人日常生活
照料的影响因素进行分析。研究结果显示,多数农村老年人自评的健康状况为一般,
且大部分的老年人生活能够自理。老年人的日常生活照料主要是依靠非正式关系的
支持,但他们所获得的照料数量还不能满足需求,同时在照料过程中缺乏精神方面
的援助。从老年人获得生活照料的影响因素看,老年人的婚姻状况、日常生活自理
能力和子女数对他们能否获得儿子、儿媳、女婿和孙子女的照料显著相关。农村老
年人的日常生活照料存在着一定的问题和困难,需要家庭继续发挥其支持作用。但
也应该注意到家庭成员在照料过程中的压力问题,社会应加大对他们的支持。同时
针对农村正式照料资源缺乏的问题,要继续发挥养老机构的作用,也要加快农村社
区助老服务的发展,尽快建立满足老年人照料需求的照料体系。

Abstract
Population aging tendency quickening, senior munity day by day
huge, already became the noticeable phenomenon in the social development
process. Senior citizen’s care and support question are not only the family internal
questions, but also is a social question. In our country majority old-age populations
distribute in the countryside area, therefore the countryside aging question is more
prominent. But research present related countryside senior citizen’s life care
question is obvious insufficient. Needs of the old person who the family and the
society look after to increase massively, but as a result of the family structure
miniaturization, population flowing quickening, the family care resources
deficiency, can cause to look after old person’s contradiction to be more prominent.
This research based on the project of “Date analysis of the sampling of survey
of the aged population in China” which was started by China Old age scientific
research in the second half year of 2000, carried on the description and regression
analysis to the ten percent of the countryside questionnaire material. The research
