摘要
本文以库尔勒市为研究样区以遥感这种快速获取地面宏观信
息的重要技术手段和地理信息系统为基础对库尔勒市年间
土地利用变化情况进行了监测在研究中根据库尔勒市的数据和
数据选择适合研究区的影像处理技术监测出土地利用变化情
况以监测成果为基础对土地利用的动态变化过程和土地利用类型间的转
化进行了定量分析并运用马尔柯夫模型对土地利用变化趋势进行预测和
分析最后作者针对监测中的实际情况在合理建议的同时提出了建
立库尔勒市土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和土地利用动态遥感监测体系的
建议通过建立土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和体系可以提供及时准
确的土地利用变化监测信息使之有效应用于日常的土地管理本文还探
讨了土地利用动态遥感监测数据库和土地利用动态遥感监测体系建设的框
架提出总体设计思路并为数据库和体系的建设提供参考性建议

Study on Dynamic Monitoring of Land Use

Abstract
Taking kuerle city as the sample region based on the integration both
remote sensing (RS) which is an important technique means of quickly
capturing the land use information and geographical information system (GIS),
we detects the land use changes in kuerle city in 2002. According to DOM data
and SPOT5 data of kuerle during the study, we reliably and actively identify the
changes of land use by selecting the handling technology of images suitable for
the study area. The dynamic evolution process of land use and the
transformation each other among all types of land use are analysed
quantitatively. As the same time, based on the above study, the author forecasts
and deeply studies changeable tendency of land use by using Markov model. In
the light of the particularity of land use dynamic monitoring, the paper puts
forward the proper suggestion and establishing the land use dynamic monitoring
database and the land use dynamic monitoring system by remote sensing, which
can accurately and anize the spatial and attribute data of changing
areas to effectively be applied in the daily land management. Additionally, the
frameworks and technical methods of the land use dynamic monitoring database
and the land use dynamic monitoring system construction are explored. Finally
