我国大学生职业生涯规划的现状及对策研究

摘要

自年高校实行扩招以来,大学生的就业形势日益严峻,而且呈愈演愈
烈之势。在此背景下,如何提高大学生的就业竞争力,有效解决大学生的就业
问题,成为了社会关注的热点话题。一方面,大学生为找不到合适的工作而恐
慌,另一方面,企业为招聘不到合适的人才而苦恼,这种供需的矛盾在很大程
度上是由于对大学生职业生涯规划教育的不到位而引起的。对大学生进行专业
的职业生涯规划教育,不但有利于大学生构建合理的知识结构和提高综合素质,
而且可以帮助大学生明确自身的职业目标,树立崇高的职业理想,同时,对高
校品牌、信誉的建立以及对社会的和谐稳定发展等方面都有着重要的战略意义。
因此,大学生职业生涯规划教育成为了我国高校面临的一项新课题、新任务、
新挑战。
本论文首先介绍了大学生职业生涯规划的相关概念,并阐述了国外相关的
经典理论,然后通过对太原市所高校职业生涯规划现状进行调查,发现了高
校中职业生涯规划状况中所普遍存在的问题,主要包括:对职业教育的关注不
够、课程设置不规范、人才测评和职业咨询建设的力度不够等。在借鉴其他文
献及结合相关理论的基础上,本文进一步对大学生的职业生涯规划提出了可行
性较强建议及措施。主要包括:树立先进的职业生涯教育理念、完善大学生职
业生涯教育内容、构建完备的职业生涯教育体系等。其核心的思想是要求学校
建立制度规范、服务全面的职业生涯辅导机构,整合各方面的资源,有效地对
大学生实施职业生涯规划教育。

Abstract

The employment situation of university students has been increasingly serious since college
enrollment was implemented from 1999, and was getting worse. In this context, how to improve the
employability petitiveness of university students, an effective solution to the problem of
employment of university students has e a hot topic of social concern. On the one hand,
college students could not find suitable work for the panic, on the other hand, enterprises can not
recruit the right people. Upset that the contradiction between supply and demand is largely due to
the lack of the education and career planning of university students. A professional education of
career planning help students not only to construct a reasonable knowledge structure and improve
the overall quality, but also can help students clear their own career goals, and establish high
professional the same time,it also has an important strategic significance to the building of
university brand, reputation and stability and development of social , the education of
college students career planning has e a new task, new tasks and new challenges that our
country's colleges and unive
