摘要
国资委直接管理的中央企业近些年来在国民经济中扮演着十分重要的角色,作
为特大型企业的中国冶金科工集团总公司根据国资委鼓励中央企业上市的精神于
2009 年实现了整体上市,并在上市后受到了投资者较多的关注,本文站在投资者的
角度,通过对中国冶金科工股份有限公司(以下简称中国中冶)投资价值分析,为
投资者提供合理的投资建议。本文的目的是为投资者提供较为合理的投资价值范围,
同时为投资者的投资决策提供理论依据。
本文绪论部分先说明了选题背景及研究意义,然后系统阐述了国内外投资价值
分析的研究现状以及本文的研究思路、内容和方法。第二章是投资价值分析的基本
内容与方法,本文先介绍了投资价值的概念及影响因素,接下来列出投资价值分析
的程序和基本方法。本文第三章是中国中冶的基本面分析,先分析了冶金行业的发
展现状及趋势,然后是中国中冶的发展和基本介绍。第四章是对中国中冶的财务分
析,分别从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力三个方面分析中国中冶的财务状况,然
后与行业内相关相似企业的主要财务指标进行比较分析。第五章从内部价值评估和
相对价值评估两方面评估中国中冶的价值,最后列出投资应注意的一系列风险并对
公司投资价值分析进行总结。

Abstract
SASAC central enterprise directly managed in recent years in the national economy
plays an important role, as large enterprises in China Metallurgical Group Corporation
listed central enterprises under SASAC encourages the spirit as a whole in 2009 is listed
and by the investors after listing more attention, this article stands the perspective of
investors, through the China Metallurgical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as
MCC) Investment value analysis, to provide investors with a reasonable investment advice.
This article aims to provide investors with an investment value of more reasonable range,
while for investors to provide theoretical basis for investment decisions.
Introduction This section first explains the background and significance of research
topics, and then systematically expounded the value of domestic and foreign investment
analysis of current research and research paper ideas, contents and methods. The second
chapter is the basic investment value of the contents and methods, the paper introduces the
concept of investment value and impact factor, followed by investment value of listed
procedures and basic methods. Chapter three is the rule of fundamental analysis in the first
