Foreign direct investment is also the important addition to international trade and economic development of Guangxi and the GDP growth. This article firstly analyzed the present situation of FDI and processing trade development of Guangxi in recent years. Secondly, using the charts and data toquo analysis the influence of Guangxi FDI to regional distribution of processing trade. And using empirical analysis methods to analyze FDI ’s influence on the scale of processing trade of Guangxi, finally explores how to make FDI and the processing trade get better together.
