摘要

高校作为传承文明,培养人才,创造知识,服务社会的重要机构,在社会主义
和谐文化建设中具有义不容辞的责任和使命,高校和谐文化建设是社会主义和
谐文化建设的重要组成部分。建设和谐的高校校园文化,对于和谐校园建设、
和谐社会文化的发展繁荣以及和谐社会的构建,有着重要的现实意义。
和谐是以儒家文化为代表的中国传统文化的重要命题和核心价值,集中表
现为天人合一、人与人、人与社会关系的和谐以及个人身心和谐三个层面。发
掘传统文化中蕴含的丰富的和谐思想,能为构建高校和谐文化、社会主义和谐
社会提供丰富的思想资源。中国传统文化的“天人合一”思想、“忠恕”思想、“孝
悌”人伦、“仁、礼、诚信”道德与“克己、修身”理念对在高校中进行人际关系、
家庭亲情、人与社会以及自我心灵的和谐教育有着许多有意的启示。
在新的历史条件下,要以中国特色社会主义理论为指导,扬弃传统和谐文
化思想,实现传统和谐文化思想的现代化转换。建设当代大学和谐文化,必须
坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领和谐大学文化建设,弘扬大学历史文化和优良
传统,打造高品位校园景观文化,促进人文精神与科学精神的共生互补,以人
为本促进人的全面发展。高校和谐文化建设必须把握好以下几个关系:主导文
化与多元文化的关系,传承与创新的关系、中国文化与世界文化的关系、理想
性与实践性的关系、和谐文化与先进文化的关系。近年来,安徽医科大学大力
推进和谐大学文化建设,促进了和谐校园建设和各项事业的又好又快地发展。

Abstract

It is an unshakable duty for the universities to inherit civilization, to cultivate
talents, to impart knowledge, and to serve the society in the process of constructing
Socialism harmonious culture, an ponent of which is the construction of
harmonious university culture. It is of great significance to construct the harmonious
university culture for the prosperity and development of harmonious campus culture
and social culture, and for the construction of a harmonious society.
Harmonious thought is an important proposition and core value of Chinese
traditional culture represented as Confucian. Its connotations can be epitomized by
four levels: the harmony of human and nature, the harmony of human beings, the
harmony of human and society, as well as the harmony of individual and his mentality.
Exploring harmonious thoughts including in Chinese traditional culture could provide
rich intellectual resources for the construction of harmonious university culture and
