超声波/零价铁协同降解五氯苯酚的研究
摘要

本文应用超声波/零价铁协同新方法,研究了五氯苯酚及其同
系物的降解特性;考察了在协同体系中溶液初始 pH 值、初始浓
度、零价铁用量、零价铁粒径、通入不同种类气体、反应温度等
影响因素对五氯苯酚降解的影响;重点研究了在协同体系中超声
波与零价铁的协同强化机理,并初步探讨了五氯苯酚在协同体系
中的降解途径与动力学。
研究结果表明:超声波/零价铁协同体系对五氯苯酚的降解具
有明显的协同强化作用,协同体系对五氯苯酚的降解符合一级动
力学反应。在降解过程中,零价铁的用量存在最佳用量,本实验
条件下为 。同时,零价铁粉的粒径越小五氯苯酚的降解效
果越好。
在超声波与零价铁协同降解五氯苯酚的过程中,铁粉没有直
接与五氯苯酚发生化学降解反应,也没有发生吸附降解。·OH 自
由基的氧化作用是五氯苯酚降解的主要作用。在协同体系中起主
导作用是超声波,铁粉的作用强化了超声作用。

超声波/零价铁协同降解五氯苯酚的研究

Abstract

The synergic degradation efficiency of pentachlorophenol by the
last innovative technologies of ultrasound cooperated with
Zero-Valence Iron was reported. The major affecting factors such as
quantity of Zero-Valence Iron, particle diameter of Zero-Valence Iron,
initial pH value of solution, initial concentration in ultrasound
cooperated with Zero-Valence Iron are studied, at the same time, the
ics and the synergic mechanism that pentachlorophenol were
degraded by ultrasound cooperated with Zero-Valence Iron were
studied.
The results showed that the pentachlorophenol removal rate by
ultrasound cooperated with Zero-Valence Iron is obviously higher
than the sum of the removal rates by ultrasound alone and
Zero-Valence Iron alone. The synergic effect of ultrasound
cooperated with Zero-Valence Iron is significant. The
pentachlorophenol degradation follow pseudo-first order reaction
under ultrasound cooperated with Zero-Valence Iron system, at the
same time, the optimum operation conditions of the quantity of
Zero-Valence Iron is , as for particle diameter of Zero-Valence
Iron, the degradation rates increase when it decrease. The
pentachlorophenol degradation by OH free-radical is major effect and
the effect is enhanced by Zero-Valence Iron.
