支持普适计算的智能终端网络管理模型研究

摘要
随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,各种新型的智能终端设备愈加普及,网络服
务也日益丰富,信息服务正逐渐向能随时随地为人们提供透明服务的普适计算环境
过渡。作为普适计算中的一种重要应用模式,智能终端应用面临许多新的挑战。对
智能终端的有效管理是推动智能终端在企业、教育等各个领域广泛应用的重要因
素。如何有效地管理这些智能终端,为用户提供一个性能优越而管理和维护成本低
的网络管理平台已经越来越受到企业和终端用户的重视。本文针对普适计算环境中
的终端特点和网络管理问题进行了研究,主要在以下几个方面取得了一些研究成
果:
1、提出了一种新的支持普适计算的智能终端网络管理系统模型,该模型充
分考虑了普适计算环境和智能终端设备的自身特点,创新性地结合简单
网络管理协议和移动代理技术来解决对种类繁多、数量庞大、高度分散、
缺乏管理的智能终端的网络管理问题,实现了对终端设备的集中配置、
管理,降低了系统的整体拥有成本。
2、基于上述终端管理模型,提出了一种基于移动代理的负载均衡算法。在
智能终端应用环境中,由于终端设备资源受限,大部分的计算仍在智能
终端管理节点上执行,因此,通过该负载均衡算法可以较好地解决智能
终端管理节点间的负载均衡问题,从而为智能终端的交互式图形界面应
用提供了一种 QoS 的保证机制。
3、在上述概念和设计的基础上,实现了一个小型的智能终端管理系统。通
过原型系统实验,验证了智能终端管理系统在提高终端服务质量和降低
人员成本投入等方面的有效性,具有良好的扩展性。
结合普适计算的特性,对智能终端网络管理的研究不但可以推广智能终端设备
在企业中的应用,还可以进一步的推进智能终端技术的发展,为实现普适的计算环
境奉献一份力量。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information work technologies, many new
intelligent terminal devices are increasingly popular. Besides, services work are
ing more and more diversified. Therefore, the model providing information
services is changing to puting environment (UCE), within which people
will be unconsciously provided with work services. At the same time, there
are many challenges to manage a great amount of terminal devices in the future UCE.
The efficient management for intelligent terminals is an important fact to impel the
wide application of intelligent terminals in enterprises or education or other areas. How
to manage these intelligent terminals effectively, to provide work management
platform with higher performance and lower management and maintenance costs had
been taken more seriously by enterprises and terminal users. As follows, we present in
this thesis some research work on the characteristic of intelligent terminals and the
network management, and besides some research results.
