基于Petri网的水轮发电机组振动故障诊断专家系统研究

摘要
本文首先对国内外水轮发电机组振动故障诊断领域的发展现状及趋势进行
了描述,介绍了水轮发电机组振动故障诊断的意义。为使读者了解机组振动故
障的机理,对水轮发电机组的结构和工作原理进行了简单阐述,并把水轮发电
机组的振动故障按水力、电磁和机械三大因素进行了分类。介绍常见的几种智
能故障诊断方法的同时提出了专家系统在故障诊断领域的成熟应用。最后结合
Petri 网理论良好的数学描述方式和图形表达方式的优点,建立故障诊断专家
系统推理模型,并将其应用于水轮发电机组振动故障诊断。具体包括以下几个
方面:
(1)概述了我国现阶段水力发电发展的现状及前景,论述了水轮发电机组
振动故障诊断的意义,介绍了国内外水轮发电机组振动故障诊断研究的现状、
水平及发展趋势。
(2)阐述水轮发电机组的结构和工作原理,并对水轮发电机组振动故障的
发生原因进行了分类分析。
(3)介绍故障诊断方法及常见智能故障诊断方法在水轮发电机组中的应
用,重点介绍基于专家系统的故障诊断方法。
(4)提出一种水轮发电机组故障诊断专家系统的 Petri 网推理机制;对
Petri 网故障诊断模型的推理方法进行了细化分析,随后算例论证此推理机制
的合理正确性。
(5)介绍了水轮发电机组振动故障诊断专家系统的硬软件实现方式,并利
用 Microsoft Visual Basic 软件设计简易水轮发电机组振动故障诊断专家
系统。

Abstract
This paper introduced the latest research achievements in the field of
hydroelectric generating set vibration at home and abroad and the significance of
hydroelectric generating set vibration . In order to make the reader to understand that
the mechanism of hydroelectric generating set vibration fault, had carried on the
simple elaboration to the hydroelectric generating set 's structure and the principle of
work. The vibration fault of the hydroelectric generating set caused by hydraulic,
ic and mechanical factors that had been classified. Introduced that the
common several intelligence fault diagnosis method ,at the same time proposed the
expert system in the fault diagnosis domain mature application. At last integration of
the advantages of the theory which has a good mathematics description way
and the graph turn of expression, established the fault diagnosis expert system
inference model,and applied it in the hydroelectric generating set vibration fault
diagnosis. Specifically include the following aspects:
