摘要
教育载体的选择运用直接决定或影响着国防教育过程展开的效果、效益和效率。因此,研究高校国防教育载体的选择与运用,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。文章在分析思想政治教育载体的基础上,对教育载体进行全新的认识,认为教育载体是承载和反映具有一定教化功能的要素或要素体系。同时,进一步阐释了高校国防教育载体的含义、类型、特性及其作用,将国防教育中的教育载体分为物化教育载体和文化教育载体。接着,文章采用调查研究、历史分析、比较研究等方法,总结分析了主要资本主义和社会主义国家高校国防教育载体选择与运用情况,提出了高校国防教育载体选择与运用的四个基本原则,即,军、民素质统一原则,器、气教育结合原则,行、神训练结合原则,平、战教育结合原则。针对我国高校国防教育载体选择与运用现状,探讨了三条提升高校国防教育载体选择与运用效应的方法,即,融合国防教育与大学德育目标要求,提升高校国防教育文化载体的认知、激情功能,提高高校国防教育物化载体的强意、固行功能。

ABSTRACT
The application of education carrier has a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of national defense education process. Therefore, the study of selection and application of college national defense carrier has important practical and theoretical values. This paper contains new understandings of education carrier based on the analysis of ideological and political education. It shows that education carrier can reflect elements or elements systems with educational function. Meanwhile, the meanings, types, characteristics and functions of national defense education carriers are further explained. Education carriers of national defense education can be divided into physical education carrier and cultural education carrier. In addition, this paper summarizes and analyzes the selection and application of college national defense carrier in some major capitalist and socialist countries through research, historical analysis, parative research methods, and proposes four basic principles, namely, the unifying principle of military and civilian qualities, the principle bination of we
