摘要
开卷生产线是机械生产中关键的辅助设备之一,运用电液结合对其进行自动化控制实现了剪切机的高效率、低噪声、操作简单、维护方便等诸多优点。在明确了设计目标后,首先根据设计要求进行方案的论证与选择,得到最优方案,并且对设计中使用的原理与方法也进行了比较详尽的描述,这些都为设计的合理性提供了可靠的理论依据。
本文介绍了开卷自动线送料系统的方案设计及送料系统的构成;同时还介绍了控制系统的组成、控制方式的设计和系统的工作过程。系统采用全闭环控制,大幅度提高了送料尺寸控制精度,同时使得操作调整实现了数字化控制。新设计的开卷自动线送料系统已成功地应用于生产实践,并且运行稳定,操作方便快捷,控制可靠,送料尺寸一直保持精确稳定。

Abstract
 Shear production line is the production of key mechanical auxiliary equipment of the use of electro-hydraulic control of its automation has cut the high-efficiency, low noise, simple, easy maintenance, and many other advantages .In a clear design objective, first of all programmes carried out in accordance with design requirements of proof with the choice, get the optimal programme ,the design used in the principles and methods have also carried out a parison Description, these are designed to provide reasonable of a reliable theoretical basis.
This paper introduces the design posing of the decoiling auto-line material sending system based ,and also introduces posing of the controlling system,the design of controlling manner and the working course of the system .The precision of material sending size controlling is greatly improved ,and the digital control for operation adjusting is realized because that the double close - loop control method are adopted .The newly designed system has been essfully applied to practical production,features stable running ,simple operation and reliadle control .The material sending size is kept accurately and stably.
