农用运输车总布置设计
摘要
本次设计的主要内容是通过对农用运输车的各个部件系统的研究,对农用运输车进行整车的布置,从而在得出农用运输车的整车布置方法及注意点。汽车性能的优劣不仅取决于组成汽车的各部件的性能,而且在很大程度上取决于各部件的协调和配合,取决于总体布置。总体设计水平的高低对汽车的设计质量、使用性能和产品的生命力起决定性的影响。本次设计参考了福建龙马汽车的同类型的卡车,以长春研究所撰写的《汽车的总布置设计》和刘惟信主编的《汽车设计》为设计依据,用AUTOCAD软件绘制了整车布置图,用MATLAB软件对整车进行了动力性能分析。对于这类车的总布置设计,关键是处理好各个部件间的位置关系和部件间的运动干涉问题以及计算汽车的各种特性。一辆汽车包含的特性有:动力性、燃油经济性、操纵稳定性、通过性、驾驶平顺性、可靠性和适用性。在这次设计中,利用AUTOCAD绘图软件能准确的反映各个部件间的位置关系,另外,也可以绘制转向轮跳动图、传动轴的跳动图和转向传动装置运动校核图等来处理部件间的干涉问题。用MATLAB软件分析了该车的动力性,并绘制了各种特性图。本次设计的出发点是为了满足农用车的负荷性能要求的同时,使布置更合理,以提高经济性能,给社会带来更大的经济效益。

The overall layout of the agriculture truck
Abstract
The main content of the design is to finish the overall layout of the agriculture truck by studying various parts of the system of the vehicle. So wo can get the methods and notes of how to do the overall layout of the agriculture truck. The performance of the vehicle does not only depend on the merits of the ponents of a truck, but also depend on the coordination and cooperation of the various parts to a large extent,which is the main task of the overall layout. The level of the overall design has a decisive impact on the quality of the design,the performance and the vitality of the design have a reference of the same type of a truck of the Fujian Longma Automobile Industry Co., Ltd and is based on the 《the general layout design of the vehicle》from Changchun Institute and the《the design of the vehicle》edited by Liu Weixing. In this design I use AUTOCAD to deal with the Graphics and MATLAB to deal with the calculation of dynamic performance.
